Customer service and returns

A real horses rear end operation. Returned 2 items in Nov. Have UPS tracking to prove it. They said 6 weeks for refund. Now 4 months. Called and was disconnected. Called back and was told they cannot figure out what was returned even though all their papers were filled out and submitted with returned items. Have to talk to level 2 customer service who is only open about 7 hours a day.

If I could give zero stars, I would!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Ordered a toy for a Christmas gift from this company in Dec 2021. They took my credit card info and signed me up for a recurring charge of $16.30 per month without my authorization. There is no way to log into your account on their website and cancel membership or remove credit card info. Customer service was very rude, kept interrupting me when I was trying to explain and ask for refund for the two months I was charged. Supposed to receive my refund within 2-7 business days, but she couldn't tell me how much the credits would be or to which credit card it would be refunded to. We'll see if I actually receive my refunds. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I wrote serval emails about a broken Christmas present. They totally ignored me. I will never shop with them again. Very disappointed

Doesn't even deserve 1 star!

I wish I'd seen this website before buying a remote-controlled crane for my grandson last October. When it was opened at Christmas, I asked how it was and my son said unfortunately it was an (expensive) piece of junk. The remote had to be held really close to the crane to work at all, and the buttons on the remote were cheap plastic and had to be pushed many times to work, not easy for a child to do, and most likely due to break. There was no "return label" with the crane, so I called the company about returning it for a refund as per their "No Nonsense Guarantee" which unconditionally gives refunds. I have called Customer Service MANY times over SEVERAL months, always getting the polite answer that it would be taken care of that day. We actually sent the crane back at our own expense (they promised to repay us), and it was received over a month ago, but no refund has showed up. I hope this review will help other people from getting "taken" by this untrustworthy, unreliable, and ripoff of a business!

Do not order from here - zero stars if possible!

Do not order from here! The website looks enticing but they are awful. I ordered a product for my niece near Christmas. It came in wrong size. When I called to exchange, they said I had to make another purchase and return the first one. Should have been my red flag but I was just focused on Christmas. I found a better product elsewhere and tried to cancel the 2nd order (about an hour after I placed it - 7:45pm) but they claimed it already shipped (didn't arrive in time). Anyways, initiated second return as well.

Customer service is awful! They give you the run around and put you on hold for long periods of time. Rudeness depends on the rep and what you're inquiring about, but none are helpful.

The return process is shady. They tell you to fill out the form on the back of the packing invoice. I did not see one so I called to ask about "using our easy Fedex online service to print a prepaid return label" (which is advertised online). Customer service said they don't do that and instructed me to just write things (i. E. return reason, order number, refund amount, etc) anywhere on the product description paper that comes in the box.

In hindsight, I also realized that the confirmation emails were a different amount than when I checked out on the website.

I have returned both items via UPS with tracking numbers and it says both items were received late Dec. I called in early January to follow-up and they said refunds can take up to 6 weeks (also listed on their site).

I'm calling back today (mid to late February) and the first girl hung up on me (also claimed she couldn't verify that the products were returned). They keep you on the phone for a long time with pauses, "checking," etc, it's all very shady (especially since it's midnight). The 2nd person had kept me on the phone for over 30 minutes. I was getting impatient when she also tried to give pushback on the returns so I pushed back harder. She finally claimed her supervisor approved of the refund and then changed their tone saying they'll refund me, which will take 3-4 weeks. Obviously, they do this so that it may be too late to dispute the charges so I went ahead and started a dispute with credit card company. Fingers crossed!

Makes me sick because I came across this website after a catalogue was delivered to my house. The elderly lady who lived here before us had been receiving it, I wonder how many times she's been duped and scammed from buying gifts for her grandchildren.

Fitst, I am guilty of not going over my CC statements every month with a magnifying glass.
This is another scam that you must avoid.
When I saw a pending 14.95 Amex charge I called them as I had no clue what it was. Fortunately they had a call center that picked up late at night and I spoke with Erica, a very patient representative. Apparently I have been a MEMBER for 4 months. She credited back the 4 months of charges and CANCELED my subscription. WOW, how do these scams worm their way into your life? Check your charges monthly, i guess these days its no surprise you will find someone robbing you.
I try to be careful and purchase from reputable sites. Ive learned the hard way never to buy from those 'pop-up' ads. I clearly let my guard down here looking for Christmas gifts.

AWFUL customer service

My father-in-law ordered a custom book in which they portrayed our blonde daughter as a brunette male, and Anne was disrespectful, condescending, and reluctant to resolve their mistake. Then, from another gift order I had to return for exchange, they do not furnish return labels so I paid $17 to mail back about $60 of merchandise…which they then denied they received despite proof of mail & receipt with USPS tracking. Both times, I was on the phone with customer service for just under an hour with 4-5 holds trying to speak with someone whose English was a challenge and was reluctant to fulfill their tenant as a customer service representative. They also do not have email or online tracking. How is this company in business?!?

They are a Sham

I order some toys for my grandkids. The toys are wonderful, but then, they begin to charge you with 12.95 every month without your authorization. After finding out, I called and still I do not have a solution to their stealing my money. That is ilegal and it has to stop. How many people do not check their credit card statements? Since is not a lot of money it does not get noticeable, so they are stealing plain and simple. I will never get anything from that bunch of pirats.

Poor customer service

Absolutely the worst company I have ever deal with. Ordered 2 items on Nov. 26 and received confirmation and an order number. After nothing happen for 2 weeks I contacted them via there contact e-mail address. After a couple weeks I got an automated response says they are busy so please have patience, but with no concrete information about my order. My granddaughter's birthday and Xmas came and went. I checked the status of my order frequently and it always said "In process". Early in Jan I checked the company website and it said one of the items I had order was not available. They never contacted me to tell me this. On Jan 12 I received an email that my order had shipped via FEDEX. Going to the tracking function I learned that it had shipped 4 days before, and was scheduled to arrive on Jan 12, which it did. The product, an off road stunt buggy is the flimsiest piece of junk to come out of China. The package this came in weighed about 2 lbs. and they charged 26.99 shipped from NJ to Vermont. $26.99 was the stated shipping charge for both items when I order them. The second item was substantially larger and heavier. My only advice "STAY AWAY FROM YOUNG EXPLORERS!

Garbage customer service, cheaply made products.

I purchased a Jr. Engineer Motorized Construction Set for my nephews before the Holidays and have had nothing but problems ever since. The item took over a month to reach its destination and then it was defective due to a bad motor. The unbelievable hassle I had to go through for a "replacement" to be sent was insane. And then on top of it all I was CHARGED for the replacement and never told what additional fees and or BS was involved in the return process. This company seems like they make most of their money off of customers who didn't get what they were paying for and then just gave up after 15 minute hold times and trying to get ACTUAL customer service. Long story short: You will probably want to look elsewhere, this company is not reputable.

You can order from them but don't expect to be able to cancel or return any items. Can find a lot of the items in their catalog for less else where

Customer service is non-existant and if you do finally talk to an actual person they are non-responsive and do not do what you ask them to do which is why you contacted them in the first place. A waste of time
